This sofa is beautiful and I couldn’t be happier with it. I had been looking for a square sectional to fit in our smaller hearth room for a long time. Found this online and was a bit hesitant since I was buying online (site unseen) and I had never heard of Hydeline before. The piece is super well made, sturdy, the leather is gorgeous. Just really pleased.
It is exactly what I envisioned and am so happy with it. I really like that the seat cushions are the same size and shape because everyone usually sits on the same side and I can move the cushions so they get even wear. I wish the back cushions came off too but that is not such a big deal. The seating is firm. The leather is so much nicer than my older leather sofa. The legs are screwed into place so they don’t rotate.
I purchased a sofa and ottoman. It was delivered within 2 weeks and White Glove delivery was flawless. Communication is A+ for this company. The team kept me informed throughout the process telling me when I would be contacted by delivery; when I was contacted by delivery, they scheduled a date and then the company confirmed with me that a delivery date had been set; and I received an e-mail following delivery with additional information. The furniture is just beautiful. It is excellent quality. The color was as it appeared on the website (gray) and is exactly what I wanted. In addition, I had a matter that needed individual attention when I placed the order and Jaszmin went above and beyond to provide outstanding customer service. It's amazing to know that this company not only has a quality product but their customer service is top notch as well. Kudos to the entire team!
