Best couches we have ever owner
I was a bit concerned as from Jan to May, when it was delivered, I had NO contact with Hydeline save for the one time I called to check on the progress and was told in a not so pleasant manner that I knew it takes several months for a custom order. One of the reasons I purchased from Hydeline is all the glowing customer service reviews. That being said, the delivery people were most excellent and we are enjoying the sofa which is becoming more comfortable each day. Our GSD particularly likes it and it cleans up well. Fortunately, we did not require much assistance and the product is of good quality and fits well into our family room. As for customer service from Hydeline, that seems to be absent.
We were skeptical of buying without seeing and sitting on this furniture. It was delivered and set up quickly. I have no doubts any longer about this purchase. Will definitely purchase in the future. Amazing quality, soft and beautiful color.
