Nerve wracking purchasing a piece of furniture you haven't sat on, seen or touched. We were looking for a sofa with removable seat cushions but in the end we went for best price. The leather sample we requested prior to buying was bang on with the item we received. We purchased the Mavis leather sofa in the color Ice. Seats are firm but not uncomfortable -- however anything will feel firm after our 20 year old sofa. The sofa sits much higher off the ground so we will have to look at doing something with the sofa legs to make it more comfortable for us. Delivery was prompt and professional. We were short one bolt for the sofa legs. We reached to customer service via email and received our express package with the missing bolt within the week (and some extras just to make sure we had what we needed). The only thing that had me worried was that when I ordered, my card was charged but I didn't see any sort of confirmation of purchase. I'll screen shot next time. Overall, extremely pleased with the product, quality and price.
First time buying such an investment piece online. The website is exactly as per the physical product. This sofa and love seat are stunning. The leather is buttery soft and the colour is rich. The cushions are very firm, and over all has a modern, transitional contemporary style. The white gloved delivery was as expected. No complaints here.

The Aliso sofa set that we ordered, exceeded our expectations. I am glad we choose the Taupe color as it is really unique. The couch set stands out and we have received many compliments on our choice. I would recommend choosing tufted styles like the Aliso as it add a touch of elegance.

We got a sofa, loveseat, and 2 ottomans. Absolutely love them. They are very comfortable and the leather is soft. The reason for the 4 stars is an issue with delivery. The first time they were to be delivered, they never came. However, the delivery company did rectify the situation quickly and they were delivered 2 days later. I highly recommend getting this line though. You will not be disappointed.

So far, I love it. It's a beautiful sleek cognac leather sofa that fits in perfectly. This is my first expensive sofa in my first home. After several sittings, the cushion tends to settle, which may be normal. Additional info on how to "fluff" and take care of the leather would have been helpful. However, I'm satisfied overall.
We chose to purchase our furniture online through Hydeline when it was clear local furniture stores would not have the style of furniture we wanted for our new move in stock for many months. We were hesitant to purchase online, as we prefer to see the furniture first; however, we decided to go ahead with the order because the return policy was very good. We were thrilled with the delivery process. The furniture arrived earlier than expected, the delivery people removed the shipping cartons, placed the furniture in the home where we wanted, and the furniture is absolutely beautiful. The leather is very good quality, and the dark brown color is exactly as pictured. All three pieces match, and there are no variances between the sofa, loveseat and recliner. We have had no problems what so ever with the furniture and the motorized reclining feature works well. We ordered battery packs separately from a different site so that we would not have to run cords across the floor to our outlets, and these also work well with each piece of furniture. We are very happy with this purchase. We did not see anything in the stores that we liked as well as these. We ordered the Raymond in the walnut color it comes - not a special order. We would recommend this company and the furniture to others.
This sofa is perfect it’s absolutely stunning it’s everything I wanted the quality is top notch I’m so glad I purchased this it’s beautiful and fits perfectly in my home. The delivery was quick and easy they did a excellent job. This was a excellent experience and the customer service was awesome.
I tool a long time deciding on my sofa and shopped around. I ordered a swatch before I bought my Bella Ivory leather sofa. Great response and contact with the deliver of both the swatch AND the sofa. Delivery service was perfect! The guys were super nice: quick, clean and left the sofa in place with no trash left behind. They even helped me move the old sofa from the sidewalk to the curb for trash pick up which they were not required to do. And with a smile as well!
The sofa is solid and beautifully made, soft buttery leather. Comfy and firm, not hard, firm, but I think it will break in some, but I don't want it to sag anyway so it's perfect.
Just moved and spent a lot of time reviewing couches. I have a small dog so I was worried about scratches. This leather is beautiful and has endured my dogs nails. Color is perfect and it's very comfortable. Highly recommend.

I could not be more pleased with my Hydeline sofa! It's so beautiful! Customer service and delivery were so professional and delivery was timely. My initial reaction when I saw it and sat on it was "luxurious". It matched the swatch I ordered to a T, so no surprises there. Very happy!
So excited to finally see my gorgeous couch and loveseat. I was worried that the navy would not be as deep as the swatch, but it is PERFECT! The only reason I give this 4 starts instead of 5 is because it took an entire 6 months to receive. Worth the wait, but quite a long wait.
This sofa is beautiful and I couldn’t be happier with it. I had been looking for a square sectional to fit in our smaller hearth room for a long time. Found this online and was a bit hesitant since I was buying online (site unseen) and I had never heard of Hydeline before. The piece is super well made, sturdy, the leather is gorgeous. Just really pleased.
The Hayward set is gorgeous! I ordered the Hayward sofa and chair during the Thanksgiving sale. They arrived in less than two weeks. After seeing and sitting on my comfortable furniture, my sister is now considering purchasing from Hydeline as well. Excellent quality and service.
In case anyone else is concerned about the furniture fitting through their doorway, the sofa and chair legs come detached and are attached at delivery. This reduces the size of the height by about 5 inches on this particular set.
The white leather Alison couch is to date the most beautiful and comfortable piece of furniture I’ve ever purchased. 6 months in, and the honeymoon phase hasn’t faded. It is exactly the look, feel, and quality I had in mind and wows all of my guest. I did have one issue, with the delivery company being unreliable and unprofessional but it seemed to have been remediated with a call to my sales rep. Would definitely recommend. Including picture of unfinished decor.
