Mavis Leather Sofa Collection

Nerve wracking purchasing a piece of furniture you haven't sat on, seen or touched. We were looking for a sofa with removable seat cushions but in the end we went for best price. The leather sample we requested prior to buying was bang on with the item we received. We purchased the Mavis leather sofa in the color Ice. Seats are firm but not uncomfortable -- however anything will feel firm after our 20 year old sofa. The sofa sits much higher off the ground so we will have to look at doing something with the sofa legs to make it more comfortable for us. Delivery was prompt and professional. We were short one bolt for the sofa legs. We reached to customer service via email and received our express package with the missing bolt within the week (and some extras just to make sure we had what we needed). The only thing that had me worried was that when I ordered, my card was charged but I didn't see any sort of confirmation of purchase. I'll screen shot next time. Overall, extremely pleased with the product, quality and price.

Excellent couch -- stylish, comfortable, totally solid, right mix of soft/firm... and a really good price. It's everything we hoped for!

All measurements on both the sofa and loveseat are 2" or more shorter than description. Each seat on sofa is a different size, which cascades, and back cushions are slightly different in size. Seat and back cushions are different sizes on loveseat. Sometimes a sensation is felt from inside seat.
