We chose to purchase our furniture online through Hydeline when it was clear local furniture stores would not have the style of furniture we wanted for our new move in stock for many months. We were hesitant to purchase online, as we prefer to see the furniture first; however, we decided to go ahead with the order because the return policy was very good. We were thrilled with the delivery process. The furniture arrived earlier than expected, the delivery people removed the shipping cartons, placed the furniture in the home where we wanted, and the furniture is absolutely beautiful. The leather is very good quality, and the dark brown color is exactly as pictured. All three pieces match, and there are no variances between the sofa, loveseat and recliner. We have had no problems what so ever with the furniture and the motorized reclining feature works well. We ordered battery packs separately from a different site so that we would not have to run cords across the floor to our outlets, and these also work well with each piece of furniture. We are very happy with this purchase. We did not see anything in the stores that we liked as well as these. We ordered the Raymond in the walnut color it comes - not a special order. We would recommend this company and the furniture to others.

After two failed "leather sofa/recliner" purchases over the years, I happened upon Hydeline Leather Furniture during an Amazon search.
The triple sofa and recliner styles were exactly what I wanted, but alas... the same-o same-o colors that everyone else has, not to my liking.
I took a chance, wrote to the Seller and Lo and Behold: THEY OFFER A WIDE RANGE OF LEATHER COLORS
in Real, Genuine, Top of the Line, Top-Grain Leather!! (I received a sample of the leather in "Wine/Cordovan" within a couple of days.)
We had to wait a couple of months for a Special Order, but that was fine with me- plus, Customer Service was on top of things whenever I had a question in the meantime.
Our set arrived in Perfect Condition and could not find the tiniest flaw anywhere. We love them!!
I cannot rave enough about the whole experience- Highly recommend this company!!!

I am not normally very high on writing reviews, but in this case, I will make an exception. We absolutely love our new Hydeline couch and recliners. I would give it 5 stars in EVERY area from craftsmanship, quality of materials, beauty of the finished product, comfort, style, delivery, and customer service. It is exactly as described, and we couldn't be happier with the product itself and the experience in general. AND made in the USA, which we always strive to find! Thank you!
