Torino Power Headrest Swivel Glider Leather Recliner

Purchased both the Torino couch and Loveseat. Look great, goes perfect with the premium hardwood floor we had installed. Well, we are 15 months in would not recommend. We noted when received the couch the cushions were substantially softer than the loveseat, and now the couch cushions sag, sink in and the leather makes a god awful sound rubbing when either raiding or lowering. We have treated the leather accordingly but does little. Love seat had stood up a little better but given the expense and compared to the previous Lazy Boy leather set that went 15 years, this is nothing but eye candy and not designed for regular use. Highly disappointed in the purchase. No kids or dog in the house, not overweight, just poor build quality.

I would like it to raise and lower a bit quicker, but these are the most comfortable chairs I've owned.

The sofa is a very pretty piece of furniture and extremely comfortable. It arrived earlier than expected but I had ample warning that is was coming. Delivery and setup was a breeze.

I bought two Torino loveseats on 7/30/23, and they were quickly delivered in mid August which was fantastic....until I used the USB charger for the first time on 12/4/23 and the power went out on the loveseat (while the footrest was extended). It took until 1/2/24 for a repair person to come out, only to find out the controller is shorting out and is a hazard, and since they didn't have a part like this they advised we will have to wait to see 'if' we can get a new controller. In the meantime, we get a cord threaded through the seat with a manual control that works to raise or lower the footrest, but all zero grav functionality that we paid for is gone. My last three emails on status to Hydeline Customer Service are not being acknowledged either.
